Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their IPTV EXTREME subscription at any time, with no long-term commitment or cancellation fees.
Service access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for remaining days in the cycle.

Prohibited Behavior
IPTV EXTREME strictly prohibits any retransmission, broadcasting, or distribution of the provided content.

Content Quality
Due to the nature of IPTV and external factors (Internet provider, connection speed, bandwidth, streaming sources, etc.), we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Issues such as buffering, freezing, or temporary unavailability of content may occur.
Please ensure you have a high-speed Internet connection and that your ISP allows IPTV servers to minimize these risks.

Shared Account Usage
Sharing your subscription will result in immediate termination without notice.

Proxy / VPN Policy
Use of Proxy or VPN services is not allowed and may result in suspension without refund.

Unsupported Countries
Our service works worldwide, provided your Internet provider does not block access to our servers.

Data Usage Fees
The customer is responsible for any costs or fees related to data usage or their Internet subscription.

Provided Information
All information you provide must be accurate.
You must own or have permission to use the payment method used for purchase.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may modify these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) at any time and without prior notice.
Any modification takes effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of these changes.

The number of available channels and VOD titles may vary based on weekly updates.

Pricing
Services offered by IPTV EXTREME may be changed or updated at any time without notice.
Promotions or discounts may appear, but if you purchased before a promotion, no refunds will be issued to match the new offer.

Subscription Details
You must follow the provided instructions and details before subscribing to any IPTV plan.

Suspension and Interruptions
In addition to our right to terminate or deactivate a subscription, you acknowledge that service interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, updates, or technical issues — without prior notice.

Communication and Terms
All communications and conditions related to this agreement must be conducted in English.
IPTV EXTREME reserves the right to limit or immediately terminate your access to the services or content, without prior notice or liability, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any of these terms, laws, or applicable regulations.
